Position Summary
Guides and educates business partners by facilitating, training, and resolving issues throughout the onboarding process to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities
Collaborates with business partners to ensure a cohesive onboarding experience.Implements strategies and processes that deliver customer satisfaction and retention.Addresses any technical and operational issues encountered during the onboarding process.Owns and manages customer relationships from start to finish.Creates and delivers educational materials, tutorials, and documentation to support the onboarding process.Monitors and tracks accounts for churn and takes appropriate actions to recover from losses.Conducts periodic reviews with business partners to further enhance the customer experience.Tracks and reports on key onboarding metrics, such as time to activation and customer satisfaction.Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.2+ years of customer service experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Enterprise Resource Planning tools, Customer Relationship Management tools, and PowerBI.Benefits
