Description We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, streamline processes, and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making. Responsibilities: • Serve as a subject matter expert for organizational processes, ensuring alignment with business goals. • Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement effective solutions. • Prepare and analyze detailed reports using advanced Excel skills to support data-driven decisions. • Collaborate with teams utilizing ServiceNow and Workday systems to optimize workflows and integrations. • Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and propose practical recommendations. • Review and document business requirements, ensuring thorough understanding and alignment. • Provide support to call center operations by analyzing customer service data and identifying trends. • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation to track progress and outcomes. Requirements • Proven experience in business analysis, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including data analysis and reporting. • Familiarity with ServiceNow and Workday systems. • Experience conducting gap analyses to identify and resolve business challenges. • Strong communication skills, including the ability to document and present findings effectively. • Background in call center customer service analysis is a plus. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
