Team Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, technically confident team member to join our internal-facing team in Montevideo, supporting Sales Enablement and Customer Training. In this role, you’ll help manage and continuously improve our global Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring our commercial teams—especially those selling to travel suppliers like airlines and travel agencies—have seamless access to impactful, user-friendly training. You’ll work closely with partners across HR, IT, and product marketing to maintain the LMS as a reliable hub for learning. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending technical system administration with a strong focus on learner experience, thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, and is passionate about enabling learning through digital platforms. We’re looking for someone who is curious and proactive, comfortable working independently and collaboratively, able to simplify complex systems for end users, and who brings strong organizational and project management skills while staying ahead of digital learning trends.
Role and Responsibilities Manage and maintain the LMS platform (e.g., Litmos, Cornerstone or similar) ensuring it runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently. Configure and customize the system to meet business needs. Troubleshoot issues and maintain best practices.Support learners and stakeholders by managing user accounts, permissions, and access. Provide technical support and training to users across the business. Create user guides and onboarding materials to drive adoption.Upload and organize learning content including SCORM packages, videos, documents, and certifications. Set up courses & learning paths. Ensure content is accurate, accessible, and aligned with business goals.Generate reports and insights on learner engagement, course completion, and system usage. Use data to identify trends and recommend improvements.Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support learning initiatives. Contribute to the development of digital learning strategies and new feature rollouts.Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree (Education, IT, HR, or related field) or equivalent experience.3+ years of experience managing an LMS in a corporate or global setting.Hands-on experience with SCORM, xAPI, and eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate).Strong communication skills and ability to simplify technical concepts.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.}
