Qualifications:

Preferably bachelor’s degree in Industrial EngineeringMinimum Upper Intermediate in English both verbal and writing is a mustHaving knowledge on VB, Excel macro is strong asset.Strong organization and planning skills,High customer focus and teamwork spiritClear understanding of KPI and basic knowledge of KPI preparationProblem solving and crisis management in critical daily issuesAble to work under pressure and meet deadlinesHaving strong customer relationship management skills

Job Description:

Supervise daily operational planning across all transport modes (LTL, FTL, FCL, LCL, Minivan, Airfreight)Managing XDC operations which are collaborating with DHL LLPEnsure timely collection, consolidation, and dispatch of materials from XDCsManage shipment visibility and reporting, ensuring ETAs and exceptions are tracked and resolvedSupport savings initiatives by optimizing collection frequencies and increasing truck sizing performanceEnsure accurate, compliant documentation and reporting for all outbound vehiclesLead and mentor a high-performing team focused on efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfactionCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, XDCs, and Ford representativesEnsuring supplier readiness for summer shutdown, Xmas and Easter periodsCreate a supply chain network design and route optimization initiatives to minimize logistics costsEnsure targets properly set for objectives & KPIs - support the maintenanceReporting performance metrics’ result monthly basis according to the KPI’sTake actions to the issues (container constraint, force majoure etc.) which is affected to automotive logistics
