What are you accountable for achieving as a Business Process Manager?

Work with the customer and within customer operations to fully understand and map the end to end processes that they use to manage their individual business

Build and maintain customer relationships and listen/act upon the Voice of the Customer ensuring that we gain support and endorsement throughout the due diligence and implementation process.

Completion of the due diligence checklist to identify requirements

Leveraging your operational experience to identify new savings and service improvement initiatives, and supporting the LLP operations teams in the continuous improvement and growth of the business.

Re-design / engineer new supply chain processes to improve service levels and/or reduce cost in the supply chain

Future state DILO process maps              

Documentation of Processes and Business Requirement Documents to support operational and system designs

DILO process maps and Business Requirements Document

Ensuring engagement of customer, business resources & delivery of results

Obtain customer sign off on requirements documentation

To be actively involved in continuous improvement activities for the BU, supporting other team work streams if required with their activities

Attending and supporting cross-functional workstream meetings if required     

Present compelling business cases to the customer and obtain their buy in and support to deliver the change

Now, here's what we need from you:     

Degree in/focus on Supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration and/or mathematics

5 years varied experience in a logistics or solution design role 

Experience in managing supply chain design projects       

Excellent facilitation skills

Good  analytical and logical thinking; translating many different real life situations into models that allow for scenario comparisons; data manipulation & accuracy skills are essential to this role.

An excellent degree of computer literacy in regards to Excel & other MS office programs

Able to assess existing operations (internal DHL / customer) and identify areas for improvement and identify actions to make the step change

 Good Project & Program Management Skills, with relevant experience

Experience into  identifying and assesing key impacting risks and subsequent development of appropriate mitigation plans    

Experience identifying sustainable cost effective solutions within complex supply chains

Ability to assess the full financial and operational impact of project(s) changes within customers supply chain and wider business
