ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Chat Operations Manager, the Chat Supervisor will have the following responsibilities:
Maintain excellence in customer service, client communications and follow up processes Recruit, hire and develop staff through coaching, goal setting and conducting performance appraisalsEnsure customer escalations receive proper support and solutions Ensure 100% customer satisfactionProduct knowledge and sales support KPI managementLead by example, promoting teamwork within all departmentsUnderstand, implement, and ensure compliance with all Brick Group policies & proceduresRemote employee management Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education an assetTwo or more years of customer service or sales experiencePrevious retail Supervisory or Senior Associate experience an assetProven track record in customer service, operations, or retail managementExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly developed problem-solving skillsGood time management skills and work ethicThe ability to promote an extreme level of excellence and pride in customer service and store detailFlexibility to work any shift, including evenings and weekends, as required Why The Brick?
