Litigation Paralegal
**Job Description Summary**
The Litigation Paralegal supports our Legal Department in managing litigation and other dispute matters. This role helps to coordinate discovery efforts, manage litigation hold processes, and maintain legal files and documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced corporate legal environment. This position is critical to ensure our legal processes are handled efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with regulatory obligations.
**Job Description**
+ Assist with subpoena responses, discovery requests, and overall case management
+ Support document review, organization, and production in connection with litigation and regulatory matters
+ Issue and track litigation hold notices in coordination with internal stakeholders.
+ Manage and update litigation case files and records in our matter management system
+ Coordinate with outside counsel on litigation timelines, discovery deliverables, and court filings
+ Assist with conducting factual investigations as needed
+ Collaborate with internal business units to gather relevant documents, data, and background materials for legal proceedings
+ Performs other related duties as required or requested.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $89,250.00 - $105,000.00
