Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced bilingual (English/Spanish) Litigation Paralegal for a premier plaintiffs' litigation firm. This firm is known for its excellence in trials, arbitrations, and appeals involving high-stakes commercial disputes and catastrophic injury cases. This opportunity is direct hire, full time, and fully on-site.

Key Responsibilities:Manage e-filing in both state and federal courtsCalendar and track critical deadlinesDraft and prepare discovery requests, pleadings, and correspondenceCoordinate and manage e-discovery and document productionMaintain case files and serve as a primary point of contact for clients, co-counsel, and opposing counselAssist with trial preparation and scheduling of case-related events

Qualifications:Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and SpanishExcellent grammar and professional writing abilityAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamHighly organized, proactive, and adaptableBachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification highly preferred
