Description Job Description – Litigation Attorney An established Indianapolis-based law firm with 25+ experienced attorneys is seeking a proactive and motivated attorney to join our dynamic litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a new or recently licensed attorney to gain hands-on experience while working in a collaborative and supportive environment. The litigation team is committed to providing exceptional legal representation and delivering outstanding outcomes for our clients. The attorney will participate in activities such as conducting factual investigations, performing legal research and drafting, engaging in motion practice, managing discovery, leading depositions, and attending hearings across Indiana and other jurisdictions. Opportunities also extend across multiple practice groups within the firm, offering a diverse range of litigation experience. Requirements Qualifications: • Candidate must hold an Indiana law license or have passed the bar and be awaiting admission. • Exceptional legal research capabilities. • Strong legal writing skills with attention to detail. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in team environments. • Eagerness to learn, demonstrate initiative, and adapt quickly. • Strong organizational abilities, including managing multiple cases, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines. Preferred (but not required): • Judicial clerkship, clinic, or internship experience related to litigation or trial work. • Familiarity with civil litigation procedures and evidence rules.
