Associates will have exposure to all practice areas to begin with before moving to an area of focus, including:

AppellateCommercial LitigationEmployment Litigation and InvestigationsConstructionCatastrophic Loss

Their ideal candidate has 3-6 years of litigation experience and can expect compensation in the mid-hundreds depending on experience. Associates are bonus eligible after 1700 billable hours and there are both hours-based and performance-based bonuses.
