PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The Consultant will support the governance, control and analysis of, cash product, cash movements interest claims, and balance sheet impacts. This position is key to resolving operational issues enhance product delivery and process improvement. You will be working closely with global teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth day to day operations and accurate reconciliation.
DUTIES:
Manage oversight and resolution of operational breaks, interest issues, and cash flow discrepancies.Partner with Product, Finance, Client Services, and Change teams on cross-functional initiatives, regulatory changes, and product enhancements.Governance and analysis of interest claims and balance sheet impacts,Working closely with global Cash Management Operations teams to maintain service quality and control.Contributing to the profit and loss process and engage regularly with stakeholders including Financial Control and audit teams.Perform daily cash reconciliation and monthly Trintech reconciliations.Maintain and update interest rates and product configurations within deposit accounting systems.Contribute to client cash sweeps and interest product implementation.Track and oversee offshore processing activities.SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
Demonstrated understanding of Global Custody, or related Securities Industry Cash processStrong analytical and problem-solving mindset; intellectual curiosity is key.Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.Communicates effectively with staff/managers at the appropriate level.Strong Excel skills required, including working with large /complex data.Advanced excel skills (Pivot tables, complex formulas) preferred.High attention to detail and ownership of tasks.Able to prioritise, meet deadlines and escalate issues appropriately.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.Proven organisational skills.Understanding of Client money rules or sweep products.Accountancy / Balance sheet experience would be beneficial.Working with Us:
