Liquidity Investment Specialist

As part of the investment management arm of HSBC Group, this role will be focused on supporting and delivering Global Liquidity Investment objectives and business plans within the Americas region.

As our Liquidity Investment Specialist you will:

Partner with the money market portfolio managers to act as a Liquidity subject matter expert and as the link between the portfolio managers and our sales team and their clientsSupport client facing and distribution centric activities to increase Liquidity AUM and revenuesDemonstrate deep knowledge of the competitive environment and the market trends impacting the asset classManage the Liquidity capability’s solution strategy, providing insights to client and market trends to drive the appropriate product setLead and support specific Liquidity growth and transformation initiativeManaging Liquidity solutions in a changing interest rate, credit and market functioning environmentSupporting HSBC AM Liquidity’s response to regulatory reformManaging evolving potential client demand for alternative liquidity products such as tokenized funds and stablecoinsManaging partners and stakeholders across different business areas and geographies

For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $145,400.00 and $218,000.00

The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
