About the role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Linux Subject Matter Expert (SME) and DevOps Engineer to join our hybrid team.

In this role, you’ll combine deep Linux expertise with modern DevOps practices to support, automate, and optimize our infrastructure and deployment pipelines.

You’ll collaborate closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance.

Daily challenges

Leading infrastructure services teams and overseeing daily operations;

Developing and enhancing scripts and tools for automation and CI/CD workflows;

Monitoring and maintaining system performance, availability, and security;

Supporting and improving existing CI/CD solutions;

Collaborating with other teams or customers to understand and address their infrastructure needs and acting as a point of contact for resolving infrastructure-related issues and incidents;

Implementing and adhering to infrastructure best practices and standards;

Assisting in creating and maintaining infrastructure documentation. Code, test, debug, implement, and document basic programs;

Participating in optimizing resource allocation for infrastructure projects and initiatives;

Maintaining and enhancing existing infrastructure and various software components.

eXperience and skills required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience;

Preferably 7+ years of relevant work experience, including 3+ years in a similar role;

Proven expertise in Linux system administration and infrastructure management;

Proficiencies in project management and technical knowledge;

A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology;

Experience in configuring and operating Linux OS.

SUSE/RHEL Certified System Administrator

Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), SUSE Rancher certifications

Technologies & Tools:

CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions

Infrastructure as Code (IaC): SaltStack, Ansible

Scripting: Bash, Python

Containerization: Docker, Podman, Kubernetes, Rancher
