Join us. **Job Description** AECOM’s **Enterprise Capabilities** team is looking for a **Railway Assistant** to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. **About Enterprise Capabilities** Fundamental to our _Think and Act Globally_ strategy and digital adoption, Enterprise Capabilities (EC) is AECOM’s primary vehicle for workshare. Operating across geographic boundaries and time-zones, EC partners with regional and Global Business Line project teams to provide technical expertise, accelerate delivery and keep AECOM competitive in the industry. Grow here.** **Here's what you will do:** + Work on small projects or portions of larger projects supported by EC, with work being reviewed by senior or experienced engineers. + Perform daily work under designer’s supervision, including geometric design of linear infrastructures (railways). + Set standards and procedures for CAD and 3D works. + Deliver complex drawings in 2D and 3D along different stages of the design development + Assign and coordinate tasks to other technical or administrative staff, mainly related to drafting or geometrical modelling. + Train less experienced staff in preparation of drawing and graphic elements. **Qualifications** **Here's what we're looking for:** + Experience working on highway or railway designs, management of traffic, etc. (+2 years) and clear appetite to develop a technical career on that field. + Work experience in geometrical design using at least one of the following software packages: InRoads, OpenRoads / OpenRail, Rail Track, Civil 3D, Geopak, 12d Model. + Proficiency in CAD software (preferably AutoCAD and/or MicroStation). + At least intermediate level of English (spoken and written). + Bachelor or Master degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. **Additional Information** **At AECOM, you will have freedom to grow in a world of opportunity** _At AECOM, our Freedom to Grow philosophy supports flexibility and balance to help our people thrive._ \#LI-OM1 **ReqID:** J10127806 **Business Line:** Transportation **Business Group:** DCS **Strategic Business Unit:** Enterprise Capabilities **Career Area:** Engineering **Work Location Model:** Hybrid **Legal Entity:** AECOM Polska Sp. z o.o.
