What We Offer: $20.00 per hour starting pay Shift differential of up to $1.00/hour for second shift First Shift: Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Overtime on Fridays if needed) Second Shift Available  10-hour shifts Paid Breaks Health Benefits 401(k) Dental Insurance Paid Time Off Opportunity for Advancement Direct-Hire Opportunity What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of manufacturing experience Able to lift 35 lbs unassisted Strong verbal and written communication skills Positive attitude with a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer service What You’ll Do as a Line Operator: Work safely and report any concerns to the supervisor Perform tank and hazardous waste inspections Complete responsibilities related to WT and tank maintenance Review and approve all loads before the anodize process Communicate tank availability to ensure efficient production Plan, execute, monitor, and adjust loads to meet quality assurance standards Read and follow technical instructions and blueprints Complete necessary documentation and logs Perform basic math calculations Communicate team needs to other departments Execute orders safely and efficiently to meet customer expectations Maintain strong attention to detail and quality throughout production Work independently or as part of a work cell Keep the work area clean Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
