Direct Hire position$25.00 /hourFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:15am to 02:45pm)Supervise and coordinate activities across multiple production linesEnsures Company’s SOP, cGMP and PPE policies are adhered toInspects equipment used on the production line for cleanliness and operationMonitor line performance and implement improvements to maximize efficiency and minimize downtimeMaintains a safe and clean working environmentEnsures the product at every stage throughout fill production, assembly and packaging meets quality standardsLine Lead Qualifications:
3 + years of strong, solid experience in production manufacturing and leadershipHigh school diploma or GED minimumMust be able to read, write, communicate, and understand English and SpanishExcellent attention to detailBasic math skills including adding, subtraction, multiplication, and divisionTime management skills, and multitasking abilityStrong computer skillsKnowledge of production equipment and processesKnowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
