As you continue to learn, grow, and fuel your passion for food, you’ll find the possibilities at Wegmans are endless. **What will I do?** + Ensure incredible service is provided by effectively handling a variety of tasks + Preparing ingredients to be used by the culinary team as well as creating high quality meals + Follow proper recipes, knife skills and cooking techniques to provide consistent ingredients and finished products + Balance prep work while ensuring guests meals are prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high standards + Comply with applicable State Restaurant Health Codes and Regulations **Required Qualifications** + 1 or more years’ experience working as a line cook + Knife skills + Enthusiasm for and knowledge of relevant ingredients and cuisine **Preferred Qualifications** + Associate's or bachelor’s degree in culinary arts + Experience working on multiple kitchen stations + Experience working a variety of positions in the restaurant or hospitality industry At Wegmans, we’ve always believed we can achieve our goals only if we first fulfill the needs of our people.
