As a Line Cook at Carmens Group, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, beautifully presented dishes that meet our standards of excellence. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: + Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and quality standards + Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies and ingredients + Maintaining cleanliness and organization of your workstation at all times + Strictly adhering to food safety protocols and sanitation guidelines, including safe food handling, storage, and cleaning practice + Assisting with prep work, executing all line service stations, and a variety of cooking techniques + Working closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service + Supporting kitchen leadership in maintaining a positive and productive environment + Participating in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement efforts + Taking pride in every plate that leaves your station Whether you’re cooking for a restaurant service, private celebration, or large-scale banquet, your role is vital in creating exceptional culinary experiences for our guests.
