LIMS Consultant, Field Service Engineer I

Position Summary

Portfolio: Thermo Fisher™ SampleManager LIMS™Location: Primarily field-based, with the office located in Suseo, Seoul.

Responsibilities

Analyze customer needs and determine the best Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft, configure, and test LIMS applications.Offer expert mentorship on LIMS standard methodologies and workflows.Conduct training sessions to ensure effective user adoption.Troubleshoot and resolve LIMS-related issues promptly.Ensure compliance with strict industry standards and regulations.

RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Preferred experience with C# development.Proven experience in LIMS consulting and implementation.Candidates with ERP or MES-related experience can be considered.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to compete in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects.
