Delaware North Gaming is hiring a part-time Groundskeeper/Light Maintenance worker to join our team at Phoenix Park 'n Swap in Apache Junction, Arizona. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the appearance and cleanliness of the grounds adhere to company standards.

Pay $15.00 - $16.00 / hour

What will you do?Mow lawn using hand, power, or riding mower and edge around walks, flower beds, and wallsLandscape by planting and watering flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushesSweep the walkway of debris and install lawn furnitureRake, mulch, and prune the grounds as neededTrim shrubs and pull weedsReplace Light bulbs and ceiling tilesRepair minor leaksRepair broken windows and doors

More about you

Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in general maintenance or repair for commercial facilities

Physical requirementsManual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools and paintAbility to use ladders and perform various types of manual laborAbility to lift to 70 pounds occasionallyExposed to outdoor weather conditions in all seasons
