  Key Responsibilities: Plan, supervise, and execute all lifting and rigging operations on-site. Ensure lifting plans are developed, reviewed, and approved before execution. Conduct toolbox talks and pre-lift meetings with rigging crews. Inspect lifting equipment and accessories to ensure certification and integrity. Coordinate with HSE, construction, and engineering teams to ensure safe lifting practices. Requirements? Minimum 5 years of experience in lifting and rigging operations, preferably in oil & gas or heavy industrial projects. Preferably a minimum of 3 years of involvement in FPSO projects Strong knowledge of lifting equipment, rigging techniques, and load calculations
