This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $33.65/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Creating and sending lift plans for crane and rigging operations Working with rigging team using 2D/3D/Liccon lift Create CAD drawings for bidding and lift plan proposals Create and submit AHAs and MOPs for lift plansDraw crane positioning on site plansSafely operate various types of cranes to lift, move, and place materials, equipment, or personnelDrive cranes to job sites and perform proper setup in compliance with the manufacturer’s manual and company safety standards, including the placement of cribbing blocks, mats, and padsAssist with crane assembly by bolting or pinning boom sections to modify boom lengths as requiredCoordinate the efforts of oilers, truck drivers, and helpers in crane setup and breakdownRespond to and interpret signals from crew members during lifting operationsSupport rigging operations and participate in all phases of modular delivery projectsAssist in the development of lift plans, provide input during proposal stages, and help secure site access and necessary permit Requirements Detail oriented able to multitask efficientlyPossess excellent customer service skillsMust possess valid Drivers LicenseAccurate typing proofing of own workAbility to communicate orally and writtenAbility to conduct business with the highest level of personal integrityExperience with Cranes and heavy equipment preferredBachelors in construction management business engineering or relative field preferred or equivalent of five years of experienceMastery of CAD minimum of 1 year experience required Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel and Power PointMust be able to pass a drug screening and background check Company DetailsTradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
