Overview Our Lift Operators are the heartbeat of the mountain, ensuring guests load and unload safely while maintaining a positive, welcoming presence at every lift. This role requires attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to act quickly in a dynamic outdoor environment. Operators are empowered to respond appropriately to anything unusual; whether it’s assisting a guest, slowing or stopping the lift, or keeping the work area safe and clear. Enjoy three-day weekends all season long, working four 10-hour shifts each week.
