Position Summary
The LifeShop Receptionist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the LifeShop. They handle phone calls, process transactions, merchandise products, and deliver exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
Greets and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner creating a positive environmentProvides customers with detailed product information, recommendations, and answers questionsHandle transactions, ensuring smooth payment processing and managing returnsKeeps merchandise well-stocked and organizedMaintain Shop cleanliness - regular cleaning and tidying of the storePromotes all Life Time programs, products, and servicesMinimum Required Qualifications
Education:
Working toward High School diploma or GEDYears of Experience:
1-2 years of customer service experienceLicenses / Certifications / Registrations:
