Candidate has a minimum age of 16 (sixteen) years (15 years is acceptable if employed at a facility where a supervisory lifeguard is present); 2. Candidate must possess a current certificate in basic life support and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) for the professional rescuer from the American Red Cross, or equivalent certification; 3.
