The role you’ll play  At ClassPass, we’re shaping how people move and connect with experiences they love. As our Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you’ll design and deliver data-driven strategies that deepen consumer relationships, boost retention, and drive long-term value. You’ll bring together sharp insights, bold ideas, and cross-functional magic to reimagine how users stay active and engaged—every step of the way. Lead the charge on consumer retention strategy, building lifecycle campaigns that convert insight into actionAnalyze churn drivers and cohort behavior to uncover trends, identify friction points, and shape strategic decisionsLaunch and optimize personalized lifecycle journeys using Braze and internal platformsDrive A/B testing from concept to conclusion, surfacing learnings that elevate future campaignsCollaborate with Product, Creative, and Finance to align lifecycle moments with high-impact business goalsOwn and evolve segmentation strategies to ensure the right message reaches the right audience at the right timeDevelop lifecycle KPIs, manage reporting dashboards, and deliver clear performance insightsAlign stakeholders across the business on key lifecycle initiatives that grow retention, LTV, and revenueThe experience you bring3+ years in growth marketing, analytics, consulting, or another data-led marketing roleHands-on experience managing full-funnel B2C campaigns across digital channelsStrong analytical mindset and the ability to turn complex data into meaningful insightsProven track record of reducing churn through thoughtful, personalized strategiesProficiency in SQL for data pulls and Excel for deep analysisExpertise using Braze or similar ESPs to bring lifecycle programs to lifePreferred experience using project management softwares such as Asana, JIRA, etc. Experience with A/B testing frameworks and performance optimizationSelf-starter with a collaborative spirit and a strong sense of accountabilityHave we piqued your curiosity?
