As the Lifecycle Manager, you will have a background in IT systems management and integration to support critical government and intelligence initiatives.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Manage IT systems throughout their entire lifecycle-from planning and deployment to retirement Define and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with mission objectives Analyze integration and transition requirements to ensure seamless implementation Coordinate between development, operations, and support teams to maintain system continuity Track resources and timelines to support lifecycle planning and budget alignment Identify opportunities to improve system performance and reduce operational risk Ensure IT solutions remain aligned with evolving business and mission needs

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma/GED with 10 years or Associate's with 8 years or Bachelor's with 6 years or Master's with 4 years

 

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Demonstrated experience managing IT systems or programs across all lifecycle phases Strong understanding of system integration, deployment strategies, and operational planning Ability to develop technology roadmaps and long-term planning frameworks Proficiency with tracking tools, project management systems, or lifecycle management platforms Excellent communication and coordination skills across technical and business teams
