As a Life Enhancement Specialist for our Swing Bed Program, you will have a significant impact on the patients and staff that you interact with on a daily basis. You will be responsible to maintain and coordinate a habilitative environment that promotes rehabilitation for swing bed patients on the Inpatient Unit, as well as facilitate activities and flow of work and being consistent with the mission of UPHS-Portage.
