We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Data Operations Specialist to join our HR Operations department. This role is critical in managing mass data loading, integrations, ensuring the security of HRIS systems, and overseeing output file postings. Since there are no downstream integrations from Workday to other systems, this position will involve manually pushing files to various stakeholders to facilitate the data flow for downstream processes.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct mass data loading into HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data governance policies.Maintain and oversee the security protocols of HRIS systems to safeguard sensitive employee information.Conduct integrations between the different HR systems ensuring accuracy.Generate and post output files to designated stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.Collaborate with HR teams to understand data requirements and assist with the data flow to downstream systems.Monitor and troubleshoot data-related issues, providing solutions to enhance data integrity.Maintain documentation for data processes and protocols.Provide training and support to team members on handling HR data processes.Education & Experience
Required:
Education Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or other related fieldsHR Work Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS management, or data analysis is preferred, with knowledge of Workday or other HRIS platforms highly desirable.Data Management Experience: Proficient in data management tools and software (e.g., Excel, data loading tools), with a solid understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices. Experienced in data security and compliance within HR systems, familiar with data integration processes and file management workflows. Possesses experience with analytical tools for data analysis and reporting.Skills and Competencies: Excellent analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail; adept at managing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines; and possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills. #LI-OS1
