What You'll Do:

Innovate: Identify and implement cutting-edge technology to elevate the agent experience and drive growth. Collaborate: Work closely with our agency, marketing, and CTS teams to ensure our projects meet and exceed expectations. Educate: Help create and maintain training programs, and work directly with the training team to ensure new agents are onboarded smoothly and efficiently. Inspire: Train new agents on our company philosophies and instill our vision, mission, values, and customer service principles. Lead: Plan, validate, and coordinate field training to ensure our agents are always at the top of their game.

What You Bring:

A Bachelor's degree. Experience in relevant areas. Excellent communication skills. Basic knowledge of policy forms, coverage, and computers/agency systems. A passion for technology and innovation. Insurance experience is a plus!
