Licensure Coordinator
Position Description:
The Licensure Coordinator assists the branch offices in applying for and renewing the appropriate licenses to ensure compliance with all state and Federal requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Completes initial and renewal applications for branch licenses and certificationsCoordinates with branch offices to get the applications completedResearches and follows up when completing applicationsPerforms general clerical/administrative duties such as data entry and filingProvides consistent updates to appropriate people of application statusPerforms other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements:High School Degree or equivalent required Excellent organizational, written, and verbal skills requiredPersistency, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skillsComputer proficiency, including Microsoft office programs, requiredRelated experience is preferred but not requiredAbility to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skillsProficiency in the English language required Excellent communication skillsComputer proficiency, including Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
Compliance & Ethics Expectations:Sets an example for other employees regarding how the Company’s Code of Conduct and Compliance Program is applied and observed every day when dealing with customers, business operations or other team membersAttends annual Compliance Training and ensures that team members and direct reports have sufficient information to comply with laws, regulations, policies and the Company’s Code of ConductServes as a resource to other employees who have compliance questions or concernsAs appropriate, provides input and suggestions regarding areas in which policies, procedures, workflows and/or controls can be improved to enhance complianceReports potential violations of Maxim policy, Maxim’s Code of Conduct, and/or applicable laws and regulations to Maxim’s hotline, through the chain of command, to Maxim’s Compliance and Ethics Department, or through other channels made available by the company for reporting potential violationsPromotes an environment in which other employees are encouraged to report potential violationsPay Information: $25 per hour + $1,500 annual bonus potential Maxim Benefits:
