Our client, a financial services firm, is seeking a Licensing Specialist to join their compliance team. This role supports the registration, licensing, and onboarding of financial professionals, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

Process licensing and registration applications with state and federal agenciesCoordinate onboarding and registration of financial advisors and support staffSubmit and track applications through regulatory systems Assist with insurance license processing and renewals across multiple carriersCommunicate with advisors and internal teams to resolve licensing issuesMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with applicable rules and procedures
