**Job Description:**
The Licensing & Credentialing Business Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of provider licensure and credentialing across multiple states and facilities. This position supports the onboarding and maintenance of provider credentials, facilitates communication with state licensing boards, and ensures compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
**Position Details:**
Primary responsibilities include coordination with telehealth and hospital medical staff office leadership; ensuring timely and accurate processing of provider licensure; and credentialing across multiple states and facilities. This position supports the onboarding and maintenance of provider credentials, facilitates communication with state licensing boards, and ensures compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
This is a remote position. This role will work Monday-Friday during regular business hours.

**Required Qualifications**
+ Demonstrated project coordination experience managing complex, multi-scope projects
+ Demonstrated advanced level experience with computer system applications including spreadsheet, word processing and database applications and demonstrated analytical, organizational and communication skills.
+ Demonstrated experience supporting a leadership or department team
+ Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills with internal and external senior-level leaders
+ Demonstrated proficient time management, ability to prioritize and flex work to align with business operational priorities
+ Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement and professional behavior while acting decisively
+ Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
+ Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and effectively in an independent manner
+ Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills including discernment, spelling, punctuation, and grammar
+ Demonstrated experience managing remote and in-person meetings
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in medical staff credentialing and provider licensing.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with CredentialStream, Verity, and Salesforce is a plus.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Ongoing need for employee to see and read information, labels, documents, monitors, identify equipment and supplies, and be able to assess customer needs.
+ Frequent interactions with providers, colleagues, customers, patients/clients and visitors that require employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, needs, and issues quickly and accurately.
+ Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate supplies and equipment with precision and accuracy. This includes frequent computer use for typing, accessing needed information, etc.
+ For roles requiring driving: Expected to drive a vehicle which requires sitting, seeing and reading signs, traffic signals, and other vehicles.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$27.65 - $43.55
