Bloomberg is changing the legal industry by delivering the most sophisticated research platform on the market with a focus on automation, analytics and real-time answers. INDG provides users with fast access to legal content and analysis, practice tools, company information and market intelligence through advanced search & analytic capabilities.
As a Licensing Contract Legal Analyst, you will be responsible for Content Licensing, including drafting and negotiating contracts, vendor management and budgeting issues. You will collaborate closely with Product, Content Analysis and Legal.

You’ll need to have:Extreme organizational skills, attention to detail and deadline focusedA Bachelor’s degreeJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Have passed a state Bar examination and been admitted2+ years of relevant practice and work experienceProven experience negotiating and managing content licensing agreementsFamiliarity with online legal research toolsFamiliarity with legal data and data managementExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with particular focus on sophisticated and complex conceptsAbility to collaborate effectively with senior management, vendors and other stakeholdersStrong project management, analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to deliver high quality work product on demanding deadlinesSelf-starter and the ability to work with a high-degree of autonomyLegal authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship now and in the future

Salary Range = 100000 - 120000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
