Sodexo is seeking a Licensing Analyst for our Licensing department.
This role will work a hybrid schedule averaging three days in the office and two days from home plus 10 work from anywhere days- this is on top of vacation, holidays and personal days.

What You'll Do Oversee the daily operations of the Licensing teamProvide staff training (accounting systems and other system applications, policies and procedures)Open and distribute the Licensing team's daily mailMonitor and assign requests received through the Licensing group mail and SoFinancePrepare and file license/permit applications with jurisdictionsProcess application and renewal payment through the AP Payment Request Portal or on-line credit card paymentsAmortize license payments over $1,000 per yearMaintain the Licensing Access databaseMaintain legal entity and officer informationReview the contents of prepared license/permit registrations and W9 documents for completeness and accuracyPartner with Tax and other corporate departments to ensure accurate and timely processing, and to resolve issues that impact application filingsWork with Legal to file renewals of specialized licensesAssist unit managers, local jurisdictions, and auditors to resolve issues or answer inquiriesAssist with projects, as necessarySupport company initiatives What We OfferCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
