Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a licenses and permits coordinator for one of our large retail clients in the Katy, TX area. This person will be responsible for providing sole support and coordination of operational licenses and permits for retail, distribution center, and corporate office locations, as an managing and investigating license and registration requirements, processes, policies and procedures to identify business needs and comply with applicable local and state codes and statutes. The ideal candidate for this position will come from a corporate administration background, or possess applicable license and permits experience. This position is 5 days a onsite in Katy, TX for a 6 month contract, and the pay rate will be $30/hr.

Skills and Requirements
1+ years of experience in corporate administration or have related licenses and permits experience
Excellent time management skills and ability to effectively manage a large volume of work
Ability to anticipate deadlines and next steps, and act on them proactively Experience with License HQ, Serengeti, and/or iManage null
