Job Title: Licensed Surveyor

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Surveyor to join our dynamic and growing team. This role involves conducting various site surveys and preparing site plans for all phases of construction projects, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance throughout.

Responsibilities

Conduct site surveys, including boundary, topographic, and as-built surveys.Prepare site plans for various phases of construction projects.Perform stakeouts and respond promptly to field requests.Set up and manage new projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Collaborate with project managers and field teams to support construction timelines.Maintain detailed records and ensure all deliverables meet regulatory standards.

Essential Skills

Active New Jersey Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) License.Minimum of 5 years of field experience in construction-related surveying.Strong proficiency in as-built documentation and site plan preparation.Familiarity with survey equipment, CAD software, and digital mapping tools.Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in construction stakeout and boundary survey software.Experience with Civil 3D.Degree in surveying or civil engineering.

This is a full-time role based both in-office and in the field. The work environment is fast-paced and entrepreneurial, offering minimal structure. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62.50 - $72.50/hr.
