Licensed Social Worker
**Adecco Medical & Science is hiring a Licensed Social Worker or Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) in Newark, NJ.** Please read details below and apply with your current resume. **Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire** **Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM (flexible)** **Pay:** · **CADC: $20.67 – $27.88 per hour** · **Licensed Social Worker: $27.88 – $33.65 per hour** **Responsibilities Include:** · Provide individual and group alcohol/substance abuse counseling · Facilitate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) workshops and psycho-educational classes · Conduct intake, initial and ongoing assessments to determine program eligibility · Complete and manage all pre- and post-assessment data · Deliver crisis intervention counseling as needed · Develop and revise comprehensive care plans that meet client needs · Educate clients on program requirements, rights, and available community services · Make appropriate referrals and support clients through case management · Coordinate and participate in case conferences and discharge planning · Maintain accurate and timely documentation including physical files, care plans, and case notes · Ensure compliance with court stipulations and agency guidelines · Attend ACA and mandatory training sessions as required **Requirements Include:** · Active **Licensed Social Worker (LSW)** or **Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC)** credential in New Jersey · At least **6 months of relevant experience preferred** · **Bilingual (English/Spanish)** strongly preferred · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Basic computer skills (Windows OS, MS Word, Excel) **Pay Details:** $20.00 to $33.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
