Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Surveyor to join our Land Development team. This role is responsible for leading the direction, coordination, implementation, and successful completion of survey projects, ensuring quality assurance and control throughout. The Project Surveyor serves as a subject matter expert in survey-related activities including construction staking, topographic surveying, platting, legal descriptions, boundary analysis, and exhibit preparation. Collaborating closely with Project Managers, the Surveyor helps define project scope, schedule, budget, and resource needs, while enforcing company standards and policies. The position involves mentoring team members, conducting project meetings, staying current with industry trends and technology, and consistently demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and leadership. $80,000-$130,000

Skills and Requirements
Professional Survey License with multi-state licensure preferred.
Four-year degree preferred and/or 10-plus years of experience in a consulting business.
Effective verbal and written communication is necessary and independent judgment is essential Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
