Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and client requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, field engineers, and clients. Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and designers. Stamp and seal engineering documents as required. Skills and Requirements Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field. Previous work with Substations. Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in at least one U.S. state (multi-state licensure preferred). Minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience in one of the listed disciplines. Proficiency with engineering software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, PLS-CADD, CYME, or similar). Strong understanding of utility standards and regulatory requirements. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with utility-scale projects. Familiarity with NESC, NEC, IEEE, and other applicable standards.
