Are you tired of long shifts in the clinic or Hospital? SynergenX is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our growing Telemedicine Services team from our Northwest Houston location. Our Licensed Practical Nurses will work in conjunction with leaders in hormone replacement therapy and weight management. This role is vital to the success of our virtual care program, serving as the central connection point between patients, remote providers, in-clinic teams, and support staff. As a Telemedicine LPN, you'll play a key role in coordinating patient care, managing clinical follow-ups, and ensuring seamless communication to deliver high-quality, patient-centered service.\n

Key Responsibilities:\n\n\n

Serve as a primary contact for telemedicine-related patient care\n\n\n

Coordinate with telehealth providers and clinic teams to ensure continuity of care\n\n\n

Prepare patient charts in advance of appointments\n\n\n

Educate patients on lab results and relevant health information\n\n\n

Document all patient interactions accurately in the EHR\n\n\n

Respond to patient inquiries, escalating clinical concerns as needed\n\n\n

Maintain professional and timely communication across all stakeholders\n\n\n

Collect payments and schedule follow-up appointments\n\n\n

Track and follow up on open patient issues or concerns\n\n\n

Support the Telehealth Supervisor with clinical reporting and process updates\n\n\n

Qualifications:\n\n\n

Active Texas Compact LPN license in good standing required\n\n\n

Prior experience in telemedicine or remote care coordination preferred\n\n\n

Strong understanding of clinical practices and lab result interpretation\n\n\n

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills\n\n\n

Proficiency with electronic health records and basic computer systems\n\n\n

Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team\n\n\n

Commitment to patient confidentiality and high standards of care\n\n\n
