About this position:
What you’ll do:
Leads delivery of resident-centered care services on a shift- by-shift basis and in accordance with program goals and processesEvaluates effectiveness of high-quality care and service provision on an ongoing basisLiaises with residents, families and health authorityWhat you’ll need:
Completion of Practical Nurse program from an accredited educational institution and practicing membership of the British Columbia College of Nurses and MidwivesMinimum of two years experience successfully coordinating care and service delivery within a complex care environment preferredFirst Aid certificate requiredPerks & Benefits
