What You’ll Do:

Provide compassionate, high-quality care in an outpatient primary care setting

Assist with patient intake, vital signs, documentation, and clinical procedures

Support assessments and treatment planning

Collaborate with providers and support staff to ensure seamless care coordination

What You’ll Need:

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program

Current NYS LPN license (or eligibility)

BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)
