Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care in an outpatient behavioral health setting

Assist with patient intake, screenings, and vital signs

Administer medications and support medication management under provider supervision

Document patient care and collaborate in care planning

Support crisis intervention and patient education

Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, therapists, and social workers

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program

Current NYS LPN license (or eligibility)

BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)

Behavioral health experience preferred, but not required
