Role Overview

As an LPN in our OB/GYN office, you’ll be an essential caregiver responsible for a specific group of patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You’ll provide compassionate care in a clinical setting that supports women’s health across all life stages.

Reports to: Director of the OB/GYN Department

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing Program (approved by the NY State Education Department or other state licensing authority)

Current LPN licensure in New York State (or eligibility)

Certifications Required

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire

ACLS required only if working in critical care settings

This role requires:

Frequent standing, walking, and assisting patients with varying mobility

Some lifting, reaching, and stooping
