**What You’ll Do**
As an LPN in our urgent care setting, you’ll play a key role in supporting patients and providers by:
+ Delivering compassionate, evidence-based care in a fast-paced environment
+ Educating patients and families to ensure clear understanding of care plans
+ Communicating effectively with patients, families, and the care team
+ Utilizing electronic medical records (E-MAR) and clinical documentation tools
+ Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
+ Demonstrating teamwork, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
**What You Bring**
+ **Education** : Graduate of an accredited LPN program
+ **Licensure** : Current LPN license in the state of practice
+ **Experience** : Recent clinical experience preferred
+ **Certification** : Current CPR certification
+ Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient advocacy
