What You’ll Do
As an LPN in our urgent care setting, you’ll play a key role in supporting patients and providers by:
Delivering compassionate, evidence-based care in a fast-paced environment
Educating patients and families to ensure clear understanding of care plans
Communicating effectively with patients, families, and the care team
Utilizing electronic medical records (E-MAR) and clinical documentation tools
Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Demonstrating teamwork, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
What You Bring
Education: Graduate of an accredited LPN program
Licensure: Current LPN license in the state of practice
Experience: Recent clinical experience preferred
Certification: Current CPR certification
Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient advocacy
