As an LPN/RN, you'll provide nursing services across residential care facilities, outpatient psychiatry, addiction, and housing services. Our ideal candidate is passionate about integrated behavioral health, has experience in nursing care within mental health and substance use settings, and demonstrates strong communication and collaboration skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister medications via oral, injection, self-administration, and other methods
Perform physical and mental health assessments and psychiatric screeners
Document medication administration and assessments accurately
Conduct MAR reviews and medication counts
Monitor medication stock and refill status
Communicate with clients regarding medication needs and coordinate with providers
Room clients and collect preliminary health data
Complete documentation for assessments, interventions, educational groups, and safety plans
Maintain accurate medical and medication records
Assist with lab and phlebotomy duties
Oversee infectious disease control and client hygiene
Participate in required meetings and perform other duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience QualificationsGraduation from an accredited nursing program
Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/ Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice
Required License/CertificationActive LPN or RN license in the state of practice
Additional QualificationsProficient in documentation and electronic health records
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Skilled in interpreting medical documents and lab results
Competent in basic math and problem-solving
Willingness to learn and collaborate with diverse teams
