In this role, you’ll support residents by administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting care. You’ll also lead and support CNAs and CMTs to ensure residents receive high-quality, respectful care in alignment with care plans and state/federal regulations. **What You'll Do:** + Deliver direct care and monitor residents’ conditions + Supervise and mentor direct care and ancillary staff + Communicate with medical staff and advocate for resident needs + Assist with assessments, admissions, and quality improvement initiatives + Ensure compliance with current nursing standards and maintain professional credentials + Foster a safe, culturally sensitive, and resident-centered environment **Minimum Requirements:** + Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program + Current Missouri LPN license + BCLS certification + Experience in a Long Term Care setting or similar clinical environment **Preferred:** + IV Therapy certification (state-approved) **Ready to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and team-oriented environment?** Apply today and help us deliver exceptional care to those who need it most! **Working at University Health is about making a difference.
