Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Evenings- part time
Currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for part-time evenings (2p-10p) in Ankeny, Iowa. Candidates must hold a current Iowa LPN license in good standing. This role provides direct nursing care, assist CNAs as necessary, and coordinates with a transdisciplinary team in a specialized long-term care setting for brain injury and neurological rehabilitation. Position Highlights : + Hours: 2p-10p + Schedule: Part-time (24 hours/week) *rotating weekends & holidays required* + Location: Ankeny, Iowa Responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): + Deliver individualized nursing care in a long-term care rehabilitation setting. + Assist and mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). + Collaborate with transdisciplinary team members to support treatment goals. + Support activities of daily living and encourage independence. + Document and report changes in condition, and participate in care planning. + Help persons served achieve their highest quality of life through skilled nursing interventions.
